Yes, we do.

  • Hua Hin : A shuttle service to hotels in Hua Hin is available for 100 THB per person. Please contact our staff upon arrival at the Hua Hin Bus Station.
  • Pattaya : For hotel drop-off services in Pattaya, please visit this route.

Normally, you will take about 1 hour to get through the immigration and get your luggage.

Our bus will take about 4 hours to travel between Suvarnabhumi airport and Hua Hin station. Click here to see location

Our service will take about 2 hours to travel between both cities

In case your flight is delayed, Please contact our team at the counter service. Our team will assist in changing your ticket to the next available bus with vacant seats. A service fee of THB 50 per person will apply.

Our buses depart on schedule. Please arrive at the counter at least 30 minutes before departure time to complete the check-in process

We recommend that you book your ticket online, as our tickets are usually sold out at least 1 hour before the departure time.

Normally, it takes about 1 hour to complete immigration procedures and collect your luggage.

Children under 2 years old may travel without purchasing a ticket. For children older than 2 years, a ticket is required.

You may present your booking confirmation on your mobile phone screen. A printed copy is not required.

Each passenger is allowed to bring up to 2 bags without paying a baggage fee. Those bags must be:

  1. A small personal bag, not a carry-on with wheels, such as handbag or computer bag which can be put on overhead compartment. Due to the overhead compartment is very small if your personal bag does not fit, you have to put it on your lap. It must not bother a passenger next to you.
  2. A bag or suitcase with maximum weight of 20 kg. It will be placed in a baggage compartment under the coach.
  3. If any bag is bigger or heavier than the bags mentioned above, there will be a baggage fee applied as outlined in the baggage fee below.

  1. All items must be folded and properly packed in a box or bag in order to avoid any damage during your journey.
  2. The baggage fees cover transportation costs only and do not include baggage insurance in case of damage or lost. We advise that passenger purchases appropriate insurances to protect your baggage from any mishaps that may occur.
  3. For every fee payment, we will provide a receipt and a tag for your bag. If any of our staff or team members fails to do so, you may send your complaints to info@belltravelservice.com
  4. If any passenger fails to pay the fee for extra bag or oversize/overweight bag, we reserve the right to not bring that luggage on board.
  5. All baggage must be clearly labeled with the owner’s name and destination address.
  6. RRC advises that the following items not be included in baggage. They should be carried and kept with you at all time. We will not accept any liabilities for damages or loss of these items:
  7. Cash and/or cash equivalent;
  8. Jewelry, antiques or similar valuable items;
  9. Any fragile items (e.g. glassware);
  10. lectrical or electronic components (e.g. camera, mobile phone, laptop).
  11. Our Bell Travel Service staff will offer to help customers carry and lift their baggage up and down our vehicle and they will do their best to handle all baggage with the best possible care. If you are afraid that harm will be done to your baggage, please inform our staff not to help with the baggage. All bags may be piled on top of each other in the compartment as we have limited space for baggage. Therefore, the customer’s baggage is carried entirely at their own risk and Bell Travel Service accepts no responsibility for any losses and/or damages. The customer is therefore advised to carry travel insurance to insure their property.

Kindly be informed that each passenger is entitled to one piece of luggage (not exceeding 20 kg) and one handbag.

For any additional luggage, please check the applicable fee at the service counter.

Please check the baggage fee at the counter. TThe charge will depend on the size and weight of the luggage or stuff, in accordance with our company’s regulations.

We provide parcel delivery service only between Pattaya and Ekkamai or Mochit station. The delivery fee is THB 50 per shipment, plus THB 10 per kilogram based on the parcel’s weight.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Kindly be informed that we do not allow any pets on board, as some passengers may be allergic to animal fur.

Our buses operate as direct services with no stops along the way. However, all of our buses are equipped with onboard restroom facilities for passenger’s convenience.

Alcoholic beverages and strong-smelling food are not permitted to be consumed on board. Non-alcoholic drinks are allowed, provided that the containers are securely sealed to help prevent spills during the journey.

We sincerely apologize, but the ticket cannot be cancelled and refunded.
